My first impression was very nice. The access road is gravel and a bit dusty but in very good shape. The office staff was very friendly and check in went smooth. The interior roads are also gravel and very drivable. The sites are grass and ours was a large pull through with full hookups and 50 amps service. Leveling was no problem at all and the site was clean. Our site was out in the open but they do have many sites with shade trees. There is a playground and a clean pool. They also have an arcade for the kids and an area for the adults to sit and enjoy free coffee. I was disappointed they didn’t have wireless or even a phone line to use to get on the internet. They say they are working on Wireless though. The grounds were in good shape and clean. Although it appears to be right next to the Interstate, noise was not a problem at our site. This campground reminds me of the movie Field of Dreams because it appears to have been built in the middle of a cornfield. Right outside our site was the end of the cornfield with 6-foot stocks. If the corn was ready for picking I could have had some real fresh corn since there is no fence between the field and us.
