This is the true sense of the word Resort. I like to say, there is no dirt here. The sites are cement slabs with grass between and paved roads. Two small trees are included in each site that provide little to no shade but are also not an obstacle for your RV. Security is prominent and I never feel the need to lock anything. Shuttles to the Pechanga Casino are always cruising through or you can take a short walk to the Casino. This is a true Vegas style Casino with top entertainment, food and gaming. The RV resort is perfect for clubs with a large clubhouse with kitchen facilities. There is a 4 washers and dryers laundry ($1 wash, $1 dry). Also on the property is a gas station/convent store with diesel and propane and car wash. Although they have a 29-day max stay, you can move outside the park to their parking lot (free) for the night and back in for another 29 days. They will soon be including a golf course and water park to the complex. I highly recommend Pechanga RV Resort.
