This is a nice park just on the out skirts of Flagstaff but easy access to I-40. It has some amenities you don’t find in many parks such as a Pet Wash, picnic area, and rec area. I read some reviews about the strict rules and the number of signs telling you what you can and can’t do, however I found then to be commonsense rules and written in such a humorous way that I enjoyed reading them. There are a variety of site sizes and my site is very large. It is a pull through site with plenty of room for the motorhome and car behind. I could probably fit another RV in next to me. They have movie rentals in the office along with RV supplies and gifts. The laundry is clean and well equipped. The TV room has a large screen TV with free nightly videos and comfortable seating. They also have a community fire in the evening to get to know your fellow RVers. The look of the park is very nice with good gravel roads, gravel sites, trees, and bushes. The owners are very friendly and HaRVey is witty and fun to talk with. You can tell this is an owner run park by its friendly atmosphere. About the only thing negative I can say about the park is their advertised price of $32 is the price AFTER Good Sam discount, however it does include tax.
